Employment Details:
- Position Title: Neurologist with Neuromuscular (EMG) Fellowship
- Term: 3+ years
- Schedule: Full time, 5 days per week
- Setting: Outpatient

Compensation Details:
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
- Salary guarantee during onboarding (2 to 4 months depending on experience) at $13,077 monthly
- Base Compensation (Full Time): $320,000 - $400,000+
- Physician picks compensation tier after onboarding (based on experience)
- EEG Lab Productivity: 50% of professional codes
