Warehouse Lead (Evening Shift)We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Lead to assist our evening operations at our Arlington facility. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our Outbound and Receiving departments. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who excels in high-volume environments and maintains a strong focus on inventory accuracy and team performance.Shift and Compensation:Location: Arlington, TX.$21.50 / hour (90 day probationary period)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 amTraining Period: First 30-45 days will be conducted during day-shift operational hours (8:00am - 4:00pm) for comprehensive onboarding/training.Key Responsibilities:Operational Assistance: Assist evening Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring all Receiving and Outbound teams meet daily objectives.Inventory Control: Execute cycle counts as needed and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.Processes Management: Apply expert knowledge of packing and shipping processes to streamline workflowPerformance Tracking: Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics.Communication: Serve as the liaison between Supervisor and team members to ensure clear and effective information flow as needed.Documentation: Maintain and update SOP'sPersonnel Development: Lead the training and integration of new hires.Skills and Abilities:Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.Problem Solving: Critical thinker with the ability to resolve operational issues in real-timeOrganization: Excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.Professionalism: A self-starter who is dependable and consistently reliable.Minimum Experience and Requirements:Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environmentHigh School diploma, GED, or equivalentFull proficiency in reading and writing EnglishAbility to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basisBenefits:Competitive hourly wageComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401K Retirement planOpportunities for professional training and internal advancementSupportive and collaborative work environment.GritR Sports and Outdoors is an equal opportunity employer.
