Warehouse Team Lead (Bilingual Chinese & English)
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead who is fluent in both Chinese and English to join our growing warehouse team in Grapevine, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is looking for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations.
- Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Coordinate workflow and communicate with management.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Translate and communicate effectively between English- and Chinese-speaking team members.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
