Senior Medical Director - GI Clinical Development (Remote)

Alfasigma

Alfasigma is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development Leader for GI, with remote work options in the United States. MD with 10–15 years in clinical development and leadership in biotech/pharma is required, with GI experience preferred.

You will drive medical strategy from protocol development through regulatory submission, ensuring patient safety and scientific rigor. The role collaborates with PV, PM, and BD teams, supports external medical communications, and guides trial design
