Eciassist in Dallas, Texas is looking for energetic and compassionate Eligibility Counselors to assist uninsured hospital patients in navigating government assistance programs. Responsibilities include meeting patients at their bedside to assess eligibility, maintaining a caseload, and fostering teamwork to gather necessary information. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
