Key-Whitman Eye Clinic Mewa - Dallas, TX is seeking a Floating Patient Counselor to support the DFW Metroplex. You will interact with patients, physicians, and teammates, managing calls and in-person visits from inquiry through potential consultation and procedures. Responsibilities include educating patients on vision treatments, coordinating with surgeons, arranging financing options, and scheduling surgeries and follow-ups.
