What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient consultations and surgical interventions for adult patients
• Manage acutely injured patients in hospital (less than 5% inpatient workload)
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses and ancillary staff
• Participate in on-call rotation for trauma coverage (Level I Trauma Center)
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the facility

What You Need

• Medical license in Ohio or ability to obtain one
• Board Certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and team skills
• Willing to relocate within 40 miles or commute to Ashtabula
