LHH is seeking an Accountant to join a growing, team-oriented organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Prepare and support accurate, timely financial statements Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts Perform regular bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Conduct monthly gross margin analysis and identify variances Assist with sales tax filings and related compliance activities Generate ad hoc reports and support special accounting projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 1+ years of accounting experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
