Administrative Hospice Volunteer

A creative and kind individual to help with data entry, make cards for hospice patients, create monthly volunteer newsletter, miscellaneous tasks to assist Volunteer Coordinator as needed, and possibly help coordinate other volunteers through regular phone calls.

Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills and have access to computer

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to details

Legible handwriting

Good organizational skills

Ability to work from home and in the office as needed

Agape Hospice Volunteer Requirements:

• Complete application
• Interview
• Drug test
• Background check
• TB Test - TB tests provided by Agape, or provide copy of negative TB test within the last 12 months or chest x-ray within the last 5 years.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card*
• Driver’s License
• Proof of auto insurance
• Two references (cannot be family members)
• Successful completion of volunteer training

• Training and training requirements are provided at no cost to volunteer except for the Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety
