What You'll Do As the Director of Human Resources, you'll provide strategic leadership across the entire employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Developing and executing Human Resources strategy aligned with organizational goals Partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development Coaching and developing leaders across the organization Leading employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and retention strategies Designing and enhancing performance management programs Developing compensation strategies and supporting salary administration Overseeing employee benefits, leave administration, and vendor relationships Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content Leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives Creating HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools Evaluating and improving HR systems, technology, and processes Building employee engagement and recognition programs Supporting a diverse, multi-site workforce What We're Looking For We're seeking a leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence.
