Accounting Manager

Accounting ManagerOur client is looking for an Accounting Manager. This position is onsite located in El Segundo, CA with flexible start times.Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 + bonus & equityResponsibilities:Lead the month-end close, ensuring all critical activities are completed timely and accurately across key areasOversee and review deliverables from onshore and offshore teams, including AP, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompanyDevelop and present variance analysis to explain monthly movements in financial results at both entity and consolidated levelsAlign and streamline GL structures across entities to create consistency in reportingOwn fixed asset and lease accounting, including depreciation, amortization, and rollforward schedules (ASC 842)Track cash flow and working capital, with visibility into AR and related balance sheet itemsCollaborate with external tax advisors to support filings and ensure financial data integrityCreate and enhance reconciliation templates while driving process improvements across accounting workflowsMaintain strong audit readiness through proper cut-off practices and thorough supporting documentationRequired Qualifications:5–7 years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates who have both public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and industry exposureSolid understanding of US GAAP and ability to apply accounting principles across key areas such as accruals, prepaids, and fixed assetsStrong communication skills with a proactive approach; capable of overseeing and guiding offshore teams with clear direction and feedbackThe Solomon Page DistinctionOur teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
