As a Procurement Coordinator, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring our clinics have the supplies, equipment, and resources needed to deliver exceptional care every day. Why You\'ll Love Working Here Mission-driven, community-focused organization Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare operations Exposure to purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations Career growth opportunities within a growing healthcare organization What You\'ll Do & Bring Key Responsibilities Engage with medical, dental, and administrative suppliers to obtain quotes and review product specifications Create, review, and maintain purchase orders while ensuring proper authorization processes are followed Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment Oversee order deliveries and ensure departments receive supplies in accordance with operational needs Verify received supplies against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining adequate stock across departments Conduct inventory counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies Coordinate equipment repairs, returns, and vendor service requests Manage equipment and asset tracking through the organization\'s equipment database Support procurement process improvements, including inventory controls, barcode integration, and storage solutions Oversee asset tagging and maintain equipment records, warranty information, and repair logs Collaborate with departments to ensure supplies and equipment are delivered accurately and on time Serve as a liaison between procurement and operational teams to address purchasing needs and resolve issues Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or procurement processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and commitment to operational excellence Preferred: Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Ready to Make a Difference?
