Customer Service Representative

Job TitleSupport customers by managing product quality inquiries and service requestsThe standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m fully onsite in an office setting.Qualifications2+ years of recent customer service, order management, administrative support, or product support experienceExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience using ERP systemsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsPreferredExperience with returns, credits, or product quality processesExperience reviewing technical or manufacturing-related informationFamiliarity with 8D reports or corrective action documentationExperience managing high-volume workloads and multiple prioritiesWhat You'll DoSupport customers by managing product quality inquiries and service requestsProcess and track customer cases from start to resolutionCoordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credit requestsEnter and maintain accurate information in ERP and internal systemsReview and process documentation related to customer requestsCommunicate with internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality AssuranceMonitor open cases and provide updates to customers and stakeholdersAssist with reporting, tracking, and administrative support activitiesEnsure all records, orders, and documentation are complete and accurateWhat a Typical Day Looks LikeReviewing customer emails and service requestsEntering and updating information in company systemsCoordinating returns, exchanges, and creditsFollowing up on open inquiries and documentationWorking with internal departments to resolve customer concernsManaging multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of McHenry, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
