Program Specialist (Boosterthon Program) As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach their fundraising goals and creating a positive impact for students and communities. Responsibilities Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. Qualifications & Desired Skills Excellent communication skills with students, faculty, and staff. Positive attitude, optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality. Growth mindset and continual desire to learn and grow. Good judgment, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented, hard worker who gets tasks done efficiently. Enthusiastic, energetic presence. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s background and motor vehicle check. Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
