Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Phoenix Group AVP of IT Recruiting | $1MM+ in Placements | Critical Tech Roles Filled Fast What You’ll Do Serve as the primary technical contact for a wide range of software enhancement projects. Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of system integrations for our website and mobile app—particularly around eCommerce functionality. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. Ensure digital platforms are secure, scalable, and high-performing. Participate in all phases of system enhancement—from design and development to deployment. Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives. Investigate reported issues, performing root cause analysis across multiple system call chains. Conduct technical evaluations and recommend improvements for system architecture and processes. Test new and updated application features to validate that they meet business and technical requirements. Execute performance testing to prevent bottlenecks and scalability issues. Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation including system architecture, data flows, application logic, and issue/enhancement logs. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to inform future solutions. Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned. What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technical role. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills for working with vendors, customers, team members, and management. Ability to balance independent work with collaborative engagement across departments. Proficiency in database systems and SQL programming (SQL Server, DB2). Hands-on experience with software troubleshooting and applying critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
