Sr. Client Advisor | The Mall at Short Hills

AMIRI is looking for a charismatic Sales Supervisor for its retail store at Short Hills Mall. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering quality client service, acting as a positive role model to the team, and assisting management in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT) & Average Dollar per Transaction (ADT) Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude at all times Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment that includes best in class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and engage clients through the craftsmanship and narratives of products Partner with store and corporate management teams to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the boutique by complying with operating procedures Act as keyholder responsible for opening and closing procedures Qualifications 2+ years of retail sales and/or client service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills to develop lasting relationships Drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand Provide outstanding customer service across all mediums (in-person, written, phone) Accurate reading, counting, and writing for all business and client-related transactions Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work assigned shifts with reasonable flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Capability to operate all required equipment (phones, cash register, computers, other office equipment) Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards Benefits Commission eligible Full package health benefits 401(k) + employer match Paid vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr AMIRI
