HR Intern

Overview Pet City Group is the leader in the pet retail market in Greece with over 35 years of presence. We are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our Pawsome HR Team. Note: This internship opportunity is exclusively available to students participating through the following programs:

1. ΕΣΠΑ Program (University Students)
2. IEK Internship (IEK Students)
3. Deree Corporate Partner Internship (Deree Students)

Your role as an HR Intern As an HR Intern, you will support the Strategic HR team. By assisting in the recruitment processes, participating in the onboarding and offboarding activities, and supporting various HR areas, you will be responsible for providing the best candidate experience, as well as helping to keep employees engaged. Your communication and organizational skills, as well as your passion for the HR field, will help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment processes, including opening positions in the Application Tracking System (ATS), advertising jobs on various job boards and internally, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding & Offboarding: Participate in onboarding tasks such as document preparation, collect new joiners documentation, welcome new hires, and support exit procedures. Organizational Chart: Organize and update the organizational chart. HR Projects: Support HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
