Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current SLP License in Pennsylvania required
• PA School Certification required
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Open to all backgrounds: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA candidates, including those with healthcare experience in schools
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with K-12 students of varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in K-12
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions, adjusting techniques to meet individual student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
