This position is designed for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPs/SLPAs) who are passionate about supporting students’ communication and academic success.

Skills and Experience Sought:

• Valid SLP license and Pennsylvania school certification are required
• Background in school-based SLP, including experience or interest in working with pediatric populations (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, SLPA)
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders common in K-12 students
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative school team
• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering supportive relationships with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments, individualized therapy, and documentation for K-12 students onsite
• Develop and implement IEP goals while tracking student progress
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student achievement and participation
• Maintain thorough records and timely reporting to comply with school and state requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
