Apartment Service Tech II | Platform 14 - Hillsboro, ORPlatform 14 is a mid-rise style community consisting of 177 apartment homes.Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Available to be on call.Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly: Starting at $22.02 - $27.53 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $45,801 - $57,262.Summary: Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response. Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms). Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion. Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
