This travel assignment requires experienced nursing professionals to provide top-notch care for patients on the K9A Oncology/Women's Surgical unit. This unit focuses on specialized care, catering to patients with conditions requiring surgical intervention and oncological treatment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Oncology

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology and surgical patients
• Administer medications and chemotherapy treatments
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in occasional pelvic exams and echo/thoracentesis procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner EMR

Requirements of the RN - Oncology

• Valid RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Candidates with Chemo Certification preferred
