Bilingual CNA / PCA Needed for Per Diem/PRN Case Starting Immediately - RDU

Responsibilities Provide companion care and personal care assistance to clients in their homes Follow and complete all tasks outlined in the client's plan of care Document care provided, time, and attendance accurately Communicate client changes or concerns promptly to the Director of Nursing Maintain a safe environment while following agency policies and procedures Respond appropriately and professionally in emergency situations Use caregiving equipment safely and properly, including Hoyer lifts Maintain reliable attendance and arrive to shifts on time Submit shift availability at least two weeks in advance Assist with client transportation as needed Qualifications Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills Hoyer Lift experience preferred Active North Carolina CNA License or proof of work experience for PCA applicants Current TB test Current CPR Certification Completion of all state-mandated training requirements Valid North Carolina Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation Willingness to transport clients Outstanding communication and customer service skills Benefits Flexible per diem scheduling based on your availability Competitive pay Weekly direct deposit 401(k) retirement plan Employee rewards program Ongoing training and professional support 30-40 hours available for qualified caregivers Join a team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of home care in the Triangle area while supporting caregivers with flexibility, consistency, and career growth opportunities.
