This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process. Coordinate interview logistics, including virtual and in-person interviews across multiple offices and project locations. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and proactive follow-up. Assist candidates with application, interview, and onboarding questions. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System. Monitor recruiting workflow compliance and ensure recruiting activities are properly completed. Assist with career fairs, college recruiting events, and other recruiting events as needed. Help maintain recruiting marketing materials and collateral. Assist with pre-employment compliance requirements, drug screens, background checks, Leverage recruiting technologies, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate engagement. Qualifications Required: Four-year degree in Human Resources or a business-related field. Up to two years of high‑volume recruiting experience. Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Team‑oriented, proactive mindset with strong follow‑through. Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
