Contract Recruiting CoordinatorOptimize Partners is an executive search and consulting firm. We are looking to hire a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition operations for our client, a fast-growing FinTech company in New York City. This is a 6-month fully remote assignment (US only).The Recruiting Coordinator will help manage key areas of the recruitment process, such as posting jobs, coordinating & scheduling interviews, candidate engagement, and assisting with new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and will help improve work flow processes for the Talent & People team.Responsibilities:Collaborate with members of the talent acquisition team, and provide updates to recruiters, candidates, and company stakeholders as needed.Coordinate & schedule interviews between job candidates and interviewers.Post new jobs on the company career page and external job boards.Assist with the creation of employment offer letters, and new hire onboarding.Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers, while helping to provide a world class candidate experience.Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations as a CoordinatorExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization and detail orientation Interest in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition/HROptimize Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
