Head Steward & Brand Standards Lead

We’re currently seeking an Executive Steward to join the team. Responsibilities Comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team. Set new standards for operational excellence. Recruit and mentor new talent. Manage team workflows and address guest requests. Ensure that the restaurant reflects brand vision at every touchpoint, including maintenance of all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. Passionate about culinary arts, cleanliness, and organization; enjoys physical work. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of stewarding operations, strong leadership, proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
