About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Marketing & Global Brand to take the lead in developing and owning the global brand strategy and marketing organization. This pivotal role is focused on the preparation for the potential approval and launch of a therapy in relapsing MS. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a consistent core narrative that can be adapted across U.S. and international markets, leading brand architecture decisions, and translating clinical data into a compelling brand story. The role also involves integrated launch planning, building and managing the marketing budget, and designing the global marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), at least 15 years of progressive marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, and a proven track record in global brand marketing leadership, particularly in the context of a therapy launch in multiple sclerosis. Applicants for the Vice President, Marketing & Global Brand position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to build a marketing organization and brand strategy from the ground up, as well as their experience in managing external agency partners.
