**Job Summary:**
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas within [the facility/home/hotel]. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Maintain a supply inventory and notify management when more cleaning supplies are needed.
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards.
- Handle and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact courteously with residents and guests.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and outdoor maintenance.
- Uphold the company’s policies and standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina, able to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must pass background checks and comply with company policies.
