Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at NovaCare, you will take on a range of clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Providing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that align with each client’s individual preferences and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding patient privacy.

• Collaborating interprofessionally, actively engaging in treatment plan discussions and case consultations to consolidate patient care strategies.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Participating in ongoing professional development initiatives, staying current with research and methodologies that enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health concerns—from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
