What You’ll Do Help prepare monthly fund NAV close support, business entity close schedules, and related materials for review Gather, check, and organize financial data that is shared with clients and investors Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations with guidance from senior team members Assist with financial statements and supporting schedules for funds Prepare audit support materials and help respond to auditor requests with team guidance Take part in team learning, training, and development opportunities Complete assigned tasks while building your technical knowledge of fund administration and IPS processes Follow established processes, meet deadlines, and raise questions or issues when support is needed Contribute ideas that help improve how the team works and delivers for clients What You’ll Gain Hands‑on exposure to hedge fund accounting, financial reporting, and client support early in your career, while working with a high‑visibility team supporting a marquee hedge fund client. The Knowledge And Experience You’ll Bring Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and financial statements Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow established procedures, manage priorities, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Interest in learning financial systems, such as subledger, ERP, or investor accounting platforms Motivation to learn, ask questions, and contribute in a collaborative, team‑based environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Relevant work experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience may be considered Salary Range

$48,000 - 72,000 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
