Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is open for an onsite, part-time School Physical Therapist to work with a small caseload of students in grades K-12 for the upcoming school year. With just 8 hours required weekly, this is a fantastic contract assignment for professionals who are passionate about helping children and adolescents achieve their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to a caseload of 6 students (K-12), ensuring all interventions support educational goals
• Assess students’ needs, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise to promote student success
• Maintain documentation and comply with all professional and school guidelines
