Description:

The Surest Data Operations Analyst role designs, builds, manages, and monitors all data file integration into and out of the Surest platform. This role reports to the Data Operations Manager and is key in making sure that Surest transacts secure, efficient, and high-quality exchange of data with trading partners and customers so that Surest operations can fulfil its health plan obligations and expectations.

Top 5-10 responsibilities:

• Provide support for data file and processing errors and contribute to resolution documentation and continuous improvement efforts for preventing future errors.
• Will need to partner with multiple internal/external teams in providing support and communicate updates for issue resolution.
• Respond to and resolve data transfer and integration incidents
• Analyze issues to detect recurring problems.
• Assess severity of issues
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues
• Document issue resolution and any mitigation plans/efforts for preventing the issue from reoccurring in the future
• Build, construct, configure, and implement new managed file transfer integrations using scalable and reusable integration patterns.
• Identify end-user requirements
• Maintain all managed file transfer processes to standard levels and continuous improvement efficiencies.
• High levels of technical communication with trading partners to work through the security integration requirements that Surest has.
• Manage time and changing priorities with continuous communication to the team and trading partners with updates to the team Kanban process and board.
• Contribute to monitoring 1000’s of managed file transfer jobs to ensure their timely delivery and receipt.
• Reflect and contribute to retrospective sessions that can make Surest Data Operations better (quality, lead time, efficiency, security, scalability, etc.
