What Youll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, youll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
- Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
- Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
- Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
- Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
Requirements:
- Availability to work Saturday & Sunday
- Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
SCHEDULE
This position is for WEEKENDS. The hours are 10:00 5:00 on Saturday and 12:00 5:00 on Sunday.
Pay Scale:
17.00 per hour, plus commissions.
