3D Systems is looking for an experienced operator who performs manual labor along a production line, operates and troubleshoots production line tools, equipment, machinery, and computers, and may perform minor repairs as necessary. What We Are Looking For: Responsible for component-level quality assurance; adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications; reject product outside of specifications. Follow standard operation procedures with minimal supervision. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and procedures. Communicate with peers and manager related to line activities and issues. What You Will Bring: At least one year of assembly experience. High School Diploma or GED; AA degree preferred. A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure. An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.
