Business Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team. This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an 8 month, contract position. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Support rebate and incentive calculations, including validation and issue resolution Generate and maintain customer reporting, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery Execute transactional data entry across systems with a high degree of accuracy Conduct data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies Partner cross-functionally to support market year closeout activities and meet key deadlines Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and provide support in areas of greatest business need Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems strongly preferred Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage transactional work accurately Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data validation, pivot tables, reconciliations) Financial acumen a plus Adaptable and flexible—comfortable shifting between tasks and priorities Execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement Location: St. Louis, Missouri Hybrid Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
