Responsibilities: Essential Duties Provides education/training to our existing or prospective customers on the use of B. Braun Medical’s products. Works with Sales Representatives/CCS (Clinical Conversion Specialist) to advance the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction through in‑service education and training programs, clinical and product troubleshooting, and follow‑up activities. Focuses primarily on the Infusion Therapy and Introcan Safety product line but may include any of the product portfolio. Functions as a clinical and product expert representing B. Braun Medical in the healthcare community. Conducts and leads in‑services and educational sessions relative to B. Braun products during evaluations, conversions and troubleshooting. Serves as a product resource expert/mentor for other B. Braun educators while performing training/educational activities. May require limited judgement to resolve problems. Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors. Expertise: Qualifications – Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required Associate’s degree required. Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience as a bedside nurse required. Applicable industry/professional certification preferred. Valid RN license. Regular and predictable on‑site attendance. Frequent business travel across the U.S. required. Valid driver’s license and passport. Ability to work non‑standard schedule as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. It is an essential function of this position for an employee to be present and in‑person at the physical site(s) of our customers and potential customers. Many of our customers and potential customers are in clinical settings, including hospitals, clinics and other health‑care clinics. Many of our Healthcare Customers require outside vendors to present proof of requisite vaccinations and immunizations, including but not limited to COVID‑19 and seasonal influenza, before being granted entry into the clinical settings. To gain access, field personnel are required to register with the vendor credentialing organization associated with the Healthcare Customers, complete the required process and undergo a series of clearances. Vendor credentialing clearances include a national criminal background check, drug screening and immunizations as required (influenza, hepatitis B and COVID‑19). All individuals in this position assigned to a healthcare customer with a vaccination requirement must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with the customers’ requirements. B.
