Pay Rate: $31.25 - $38.46 / hour.Duties:Develop familiarity with and ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and community company policies and procedures as they pertain to facility operations and equipment usage and operationObserve sorting, equipment operation, processing and bailing operationsAssign duties to workers according to production schedules and demonstrate safe, efficient use of equipmentInspect machinery and equipment to verify conformance to production standardsPrepare time, attendance and production reportsAbility to manage personnel (Approx. 25-55 employees) and lead by exampleMulti-task and willingness to learn all areas of operationsMust be able to lead process and quality teams on improving work flow and qualityEnter production data and other information on the computerOther duties as assignedPosition Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent business experience requiredPrevious supervisory skills in a diverse, fast-paced manufacturing/production environmentExcellent mechanical ability and strong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to follow procedure and work from a set of written instructionsAbility to work in a plant processing environment for extended periods of timeStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsFlexibility required to work successfully on a teamActive individual who will be comfortable spending most of the day walkingBasic computer skillsGood time management and multi-tasking abilityMust speak and understand English; Spanish speaking a plusRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Work Location: Circular Services, Millville, NJ 08332.
