Multisite Operations & Front Desk Specialist

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey is seeking an Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for Workforce1 Career Centers, supporting intake, data entry, front desk operations, and cross-center coordination. The role includes data quality checks, reporting support, room scheduling, event setup, and collaboration with the marketing team on outreach efforts.
