About the Opportunity

SNI Companies is partnering with a competitive, international organization in the Bergen County area to identify a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Serve as a resource for employee relations , providing guidance and support across the organization
• Administer employee benefits , including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
• Coordinate and manage leave of absence (LOA) processes in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
• Support various HR initiatives, projects, and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
