Service Supervisor

Location: Cumberland, RI, US, 02864 Requisition Number: 227558 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work with our customer‑facing service team both on route and in‑house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and delivery of products; hiring, training, developing and evaluating the team to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and product quality efficiently; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the team with lifting, carrying and walking. This position also oversees key service department areas such as maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure and driver compliance. It is a middle‑management role with direct supervisory and leadership accountability. Skills/Qualifications Required High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred Qualified candidates must meet all DOT or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years old Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation of previous employment Preferred Experience working in a sales‑related role Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry Training or instructor experience Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
