Position Summary:
The Legal Coordinator holds primary responsibility for managing the non-clinical aspects of physician operations. Collaborating within a cross-functional team, the role ensures compliance of evolving administrative physician operations with internal and external regulations, standards, and practices.
Duties:
Support review of physician contracts, identifying key elements.
Manage and document contract key elements.
Assist in preparing documentation for amendments.
Support special projects and other assigned departmental duties.
Experience:
Legal Assistant/Paralegal training strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
Ability to easily adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Project management experience.
Education:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
