Prep And Line CookAn experienced Line Cook to prepare food to the Bonton Farms Market's menu specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting team members with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Bonton Farms is the largest urban farm in the United States with two locations and over 40-acres in production.Ideal Candidate Is:2-5 Years of Back of House experience (Line cook, prep cook, etc.)Someone who exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.A team player that understands and embraces the culture of the organizationAbility to be team oriented but also work independentlyResourceful with a can-do attitude.Thrives in fast-paced environments and able to adjust to rapid changes.Detailed Responsibilities:The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
