The Role: 

You set the kitchen up to win. From sauces to proteins to produce, you make sure everything is prepped, stocked, and ready so the line can move fast and stay sharp.

What You’ll Do: 

• Prep ingredients to spec (proteins, produce, sauces, salsas, etc.). 
• Follow recipes and portion standards with consistency.
• Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Label, date, rotate, and properly store all food.
• Support line cooks and kitchen flow during service when needed.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Help keep the kitchen running smooth before, during, and after service.

What You Bring: 

• Kitchen or prep experience preferred (we’ll train the right person). 
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to stay organized and move with urgency.
• Reliable work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and busy shifts.
