Are you passionate about food and looking to sharpen your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen? We’re seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team specializing in Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine . If you have a knack for precision and a love for the art of cooking, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients to meet the high standards of our Chinese, Thai, and Japanese dishes.
- Chopping, slicing, dicing, and organizing ingredients for our chefs.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Supporting the team in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- A passion for Asian cuisine and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
