Human Resources Assistant

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting the company's staffing and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and formulating employment offers in collaboration with staffing vendors.
• Support new hire onboarding processes, including employee portal activation, HRIS site tours, and document collection.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage employee files, update company signage, and handle internal HR database entries.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and respond to benefit or policy inquiries.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree, some college coursework, or relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or data entry roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems, such as HRIS and employee portals.
