Our commitment to providing exceptional care is exemplified by our dedicated EMS professionals who respond to over 16,500 calls each year, ensuring swift and expert medical assistance to those in need.Your Impactful Role:As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with CentraCare in Redwood Falls, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients, your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.Pay and Benefits:Starting pay is $22.40 or more per hour, depending on location and experience. Pay range: $22.40-$33.58 per hour.Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.Part-time benefits available: Medical, dental, PTO, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts!Schedule:40 hours per two weeks.Variable and rotating shifts: days, evenings and overnightsIncludes weekends and holidays.Qualifications:Completion of an accredited EMT-Basic / Advanced EMT (AEMT) course required, verified through certification with the EMSRB or NREMT including prerequisite NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications.Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Valid driver's license in good standing is required.CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
