Specialty Care Rx is seeking a driven and experienced Specialty Sales Representative – Oncology to support the growth of our oncology-focused therapeutic portfolio in Central California. This role is exclusively focused on oncology sales and is ideal for a self-motivated professional with deep knowledge of the oncology marketplace and a proven track record of success in specialty oncology sales.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Oncology therapies to medical oncologists, hematologist-oncologists, oncology nurse practitioners, infusion centers, and hospital oncology departments.
• Cultivate strong referral relationships through strategic outreach and engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active accounts.
• Partner with internal pharmacy, intake, and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional patient care.
• Educate providers on oncology clinical benefits, patient support services, and reimbursement guidance specific to oncology treatments. 
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Track all sales activities, contacts, and progress using CRM tools.
• Travel throughout the Central California region to maintain a strong local presence.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of direct Oncology sales experience in Central California .
• Established relationships with prescribers and referral sources in the region.
• Strong understanding of IVIG administration, reimbursement, and patient journey.
• Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage a remote field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing book of business in the region.
• 5+ years of specialty pharmacy or home infusion sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110,000–$120,000 (DOE)
