$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Act as an intermediary between agent and broker regarding new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
• Answer agent inquiries and questions.
• Assist agents with the completion of renewal applications.
• Provide payment options to agents.
• Provide accurate and timely client invoicing.
• Ensure that all paper and digital files are accurately maintained.
• Issuing, quoting, and proper processing of bonds.
• Assist other team members with duties as assigned.

• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience is necessary.
• Desire to continually learn about the industry's markets.
• Ability to build positive relationships and excellent customer service skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with some client relationship software and MS Excel is desired, but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• This role requires a workspace that supports secure, consistent, direct, and hardwired connectivity.
• Candidate must live and work in Wisconsin.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
