Now Hiring: Assembly Operator

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Mandatory as needed | Must be available for up to 12-hour shifts and weekends based on production needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform light assembly and basic machine operation.
• Follow written instructions and production procedures.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Use basic measuring tools and math skills.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.
• Operate a sit-down forklift when applicable.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience required.
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts when required.
• Must be available to work weekends and mandatory overtime based on company needs.
