Physical Therapist - Phys Med Rehab

Description Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in the department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed. Required Qualifications Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program. Completion of a clinical internship. Advanced training in evidence‑based physical therapy practice. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualification Previous experience in an ambulatory setting.
