Description Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Completion of a clinical internship. Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.
